Compensation: $75,000- $100,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

  1. Client Relationship Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Oversee and manage the client relationships of the firm as it relates to maintenance services.<\/li>\n
  2. Proposal Development:<\/strong>\u00a0Meet with potential clients and provide proposals.<\/li>\n
  3. Tax Review Meetings:<\/strong>\u00a0Lead tax review meetings and year\u2010end tax projection meetings with clients.<\/li>\n
  4. Service Opportunities:<\/strong>\u00a0Identify and document advisory and maintenance service opportunities.<\/li>\n
  5. Advisory Services:<\/strong>\u00a0Develop and deliver advisory services to clients.<\/li>\n
  6. Tax Return Preparation & Review:<\/strong>\u00a0Advanced tax return preparation (Mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, changes in ownership, etc.) & Review of Level I & II.<\/li>\n
  7. Tax Planning Opportunities:<\/strong>\u00a0Identify and deliver tax planning opportunities.<\/li>\n
  8. Client Communication:<\/strong>\u00a0Assist with client questions via telephone and email.<\/li>\n
  9. Workflow Processes:<\/strong>\u00a0Creating documented efficient workflow processes for clients and position.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Management Responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

    1. Staff Oversight:<\/strong>\u00a0Oversee and manage the final review of tax, accounting, and payroll reports\/filings prepared by the AIC Assistants, AIC Level 1 and AIC Level 2 and sign returns.<\/li>\n
    2. Staff Production & Utilization:<\/strong>\u00a0Monitor AIC Assistant & AIC Level 1 and Level 2 staff production and utilization.<\/li>\n
    3. Mentorship:<\/strong>\u00a0Mentor Level 1, Level 2 AICs and AIC Assistants by providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
