Of the four roles with base pay that is expected to be lower in 2023, two of them are C-level positions: chief accounting officer and CFO.<\/p>\n<p data-wahpro-txt-style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In both salary guides, LHH provided salary data for employees in three tiers based on experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-wahpro-txt-style=\"\"><strong>Low:<\/strong>\u00a0Zero to two years of experience in that position or one similar.<\/li>\n<li data-wahpro-txt-style=\"\"><strong>Medium:<\/strong>\u00a0Three to 10 years of experience in that position or one similar.<\/li>\n<li data-wahpro-txt-style=\"\"><strong>High:<\/strong>\u00a0Ten or more years of experience in that position or one similar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below are the projected base salaries for each of the 27 industry jobs in LHH<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s <\/span>2023 salary guide, listed by experience, with a comparison of LHH<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s <\/span>2022 projected
